764: From Gaming Chats to a Global Abuse Network#
764 is an online pseudonymous group associated with collecting, aggregating, and sharing hacked or leaked data sets. The group operates via encrypted messaging platforms, file-hosting services, and other channels; it is decentralized and pseudonymous, making attribution difficult. Founded in 2021 by Bradley Chance Cadenhead Felix, who dropped out of school at 15; the name derives from the first three digits of his hometown ZIP code (Stephenville, Texas). Cadenhead learned abusive techniques on Discord (CVLT) and met collaborators via Minecraft. Members engaged in systematic sextortion, sexual, physical, and psychological abuse of minors (targeting ages ~917), coerced production and distribution of child sexual abuse material, forced self-harm and animal cruelty, doxxing, swatting, and other harassment; victims often included marginalized youth and those with mental-health issues. Cadenhead was arrested after a 2021 house search, convicted in 2023 for possessing child pornography and sentenced to 80 years: later arrests include Prasan Nepal Trippy and Leonidas Varagiannis War in April 2025, charged in the U.S.A. with leading a subgroup and producing/distributing child sexual abuse material (extradition sought for Varagiannis).
